Today ends 2013. 2014 is a new year that offers new beginnings to take advantage of. Many Starbucks' customers have been "paying it forward" by paying for the customer's order behind them in the drive thru line. It's amazing to hear how that caught on, but imagine what could happen if the concept broadens?!? Paying it forward doesn't have to be monetary but a small random act of kindness that, hopefully, catches on.
